The property was well-equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay, including a washing machine and dishwasher. the wet room was fantastic and the outdoor space was adequate. the hot tub, located in a private covered area, was a real treat and could be enjoyed all-year-round. the host was lovely and made us feel relaxed and welcome. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of flowers, a bottle of wine, and a card upon arrival. the location was ideal, with nearby attractions and free parking options.

It would have been better if a plant-based milk option was provided instead of cow's milk, as it went to waste. the shower could have been more powerful.

The hot tub was always ready for our exclusive use, providing a great way to relax after a long day. The property was absolutely charming and made for a perfect romantic getaway. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and fresh flowers upon arrival, which added a special touch to our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was also fantastic, allowing us to easily explore nearby attractions like Thetford Forest and Bury St Edmunds.

While the shower could have been more powerful, it didn't detract from our overall experience. Additionally, the outdoor space wasn't as private as we had hoped, as there were other properties nearby and occasional traffic.

Wonderful location, tranquil village, self catering amenities, fantastic wet room, private hot tub area.

Perfect little home for a Christmas getaway. Comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Private outdoor area. Beautiful location near Thetford for walks and nature. Will definitely stay again soon. the hot tub was a lovely addition.

The gesture of providing cow's milk was thoughtful, but it would be better if plant-based milk is offered as an alternative. the outdoor area was not as private as expected, with other properties nearby and cars coming and going.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, I slept like a baby! The layout of the place was lovely and everything was high quality. They provided a bottle of wine and milk, such a nice touch. I can only imagine how amazing it would be in the summer. The furniture was perfect and had everything you needed to cook a gourmet meal, except for a saucepan. The location was ideal for our trip and our dog was very comfortable. The decor was beautiful and it was clear that the host put a lot of thought into everything. The small space had everything you needed for a week-long stay and there were so many plug sockets - I counted 32! The nearby paddock was a peaceful place for a walk. Gwyneth was a fantastic host and the wine and note card were LOVELY touches. I will definitely be coming back!

The location is ideal, with nearby attractions and the beautiful Thetford woods just a short distance away.

One small downside is that some lights in the hot tub area would have been helpful for nighttime relaxation.
